Chef John Chien Lee has over 20 years of culinary experience. Chef John has worked his way up from the bottom to the tops of some of the biggest restaurants in the world. Chef John started his culinary journey at the age of sixteen working every position in the restaurant from dish washer to cook. After years of hard work and lessons learned, he decided to venture to Las Vegas. Chef John worked very hard learning from some of the best chefs in the world on the Las Vegas Strip, and eventually became the executive chef of Social House at City Center in Las Vegas. After working a couple years at Social House, Chef John decided to go out on his own and create his own restaurant. Chef John’s next concept was Soho Japanese Restaurant. Soho has won multiple awards, and accolades such as best new sushi spot 2014 in the Las Vegas Weekly, and #3 on Yelp’s Top 100 restaurants in the United States 2015. Which brings us to today. Chef John wanted to introduce a new concept. A casual and fun setting but with great quality. His love of Japanese food and Mexican food has fused into our restaurant, Soho Sushi Burrito.
Soho Sushi Burrito offers Sushi Burritos, Salads, Rice Bowls, Nachos. We have all the protein choices Raw and Cooked, such as Tuna, Yellowtail, and Salmon. We also have Chicken, Beef, Shrimp Tempura, Soft Shell Crab, and a full toppings bar of 15 to 20 fresh vegetable items. For our Vegan guests, we will also be providing Vegan Beef Options. Finally, we will be offering a Salsa Bar, which will feature Salsas and Japanese Sauces to pour on your favorite items.
